Two Montgomery men arrested on multiple charges

Auburn, Ala. - On Oct. 10, 2024, Auburn Police arrested Terrance Shayton Johnson Jr., age 25, from Montgomery, Alabama, on warrants charging him with unlawful breaking and entering into a motor vehicle and theft of property third degree.

The arrest stems from Auburn Police receiving a report of an auto burglary on April 24, 2024. Officers met with a victim who reported that a suspect unlawfully entered a vehicle parked near the 1700 block of South College Street and stole property from the vehicle.

Terrance Shayton Johnson Jr. was developed as a suspect, and after further investigation, arrest warrants were obtained. Johnson was located by police on Oct. 10, 2024 and was arrested in obedience to the warrants. Johnson was transported to the Lee County Jail and held on a $4,500 bond.

On Nov. 18, 2024, Auburn Police arrested Sergio Lvette Dickerson, age 33, from Montgomery, Alabama on warrants charging him with unlawful breaking and entering into a motor vehicle and theft of property third degree.

Dickerson was a second suspect that was identified in the investigation that led to the arrest of Terrance Shayton Johnson Jr. on Oct. 10, 2024. Dickerson was located by police on Nov. 18, and he was arrested in obedience to outstanding warrants associated with the auto burglary.

Dickerson was transported to the Lee County Jail and held on a $4,500 bond.
